ADULT roller HOCKEY WINTER SEASON 2024-2025

Hello players and welcome to the 2024-25 Fall / Winter season at The Langley Hockey House.
The Hockey House has become known as the Lower Mainlands top choice for Roller Hockey. Our facility features A Roller Hockey specific tile Floor, Fast Action game and great competition for your teams.
Sign up today as a team or free agent, and get in the game.
We are a facility run by roller hockey player. We play the game we are promoting, and want to bring you the same great experience we would come to expect at any game.
CAPTAINS MEETING :
TIME AND DATE TBD. Captains meeting 7:00pm start time.
- Meeting is held here at the arena. ( The Hockey House )
- Meeting will start at 7:00pm sharp, please be on time.
- One member of each team MUST attend.
SEASON DETAILS :
18 Regular Season games included in your Fall winter 2022-23 season
+ Playoffs ( 2 games guaranteed )
20 + games on the season depending on divisions + performance.
PLAYOFFS FORMAT:
Best of 3 Series.
SEASON DATES :
September 3rd, first regular season game.
March 26th Target date to complete season.
HOCKEY DATES :
You will have games on these dates.
Thanksgiving weekend, we play the Monday.
Halloween Tuesday, we will be closed.
Family Day weekend, we play the Monday.
GAME TIMES :
Hockey will be played on :
- Weeknights 7pm -11pm
( Late night games 10pm will be divided equally. Everyone will get them )
- Friday's include 11:00pm Start times. ( shared evenly by all teams )
GAME DETAILS :
All games are a 1 hour time slot.
5 min warm up
2X 24 min periods run time
Stop time last 2min of 2nd period within 3 goals
1:00 intermission
COST FOR THE SEASON :
$ 4400 paid in full at either the captains meeting or your first game.
The Hockey House accepts- Cash, Debit, Visa, M/C ( we do not accept cheques or E-Transfers )
FORFEIT DEPOSIT :
$300.00 All Teams MUST pay a forfeit deposit of $300 in cash to be able to participate.
This money is NOT part of your league fee's.
It is returned to you at the end of the season if you don't have any forfeits.
Any team who forfeits a game will also forfeit $150 to the team who lost their game.
REFUND POLICY :
League fees collected by the hockey house are a non refundable payment.
Only In the event of a forced / mandatory closure of the facility.
The Hockey House will refund teams $150.00 X the number of regular season games missed in the season.
All payable refunds will be issued Approx. March 15th 2025 at what would be the completion date of the season.
NUMBER OF TEAMS IN THE LEAGUE :
At this time we have room for 44 men's teams to participate in the Fall Winter Season.
( this includes platinum division and men's divisions )
Team will be selected into the league with the following criteria.
1. Teams who play at the hockey house year round will be given first pick.
2. Teams who have played with us in the past and participated with a good track record.
3. New Teams, we hope to include as many new teams as possible into the league.
( why is my team not being selected to participate )
- Teams with hockey discipline issues.
- Teams with financial issues.
- Teams with attendance issues.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS PER GAME :
Teams are able to dress a Maximum of 12 players and 1 goalie per game. ( no exceptions )
TEAM PACKAGES :
Are you a new team looking for everything to get you through the season.

TEAM UNIFORMS
All teams are expected to have a FULL set of matching jerseys for the start of the season.
- Jerseys must be the same colour ” no light blue and dark blue as (blue)” ( no rainbow teams )
- All Jerseys must have a proper number on the back. ” no hockey tape numbers”
- Any teams in need of Jerseys for the year we are happy to help with purchase or rental of a set. “inquire within”
DIVISIONS AVAILABLE :
We offer Men's League Division's To accommodate all skill sets of players.
When playoffs come we offer up to 8 Divisions.
I DO NOT HAVE A TEAM TO PLAY ON :
The Hockey House will do Its best to have everyone included in playing hockey. We ask that you complete the free agent form on the website. We will forward these completed forms to the captains who are looking for players to their teams.
