Welcome Teams to the 2024-25 Winter Season of Co-Ed Ball Hockey.
The Langley Hockey House is proud to bring you a full length Winter season of Ball Hockey.
CAPTAINS MEETING 2024/25 :
DATE AND TIME TO BE DETERMINED 2024 Captains meeting 7:00 PM start time.
- Meeting is held at the arena. ( The Hockey House )
- Meeting will start at 7:00 PM sharp, please be on time.
- One member of each team MUST attend.
SEASON DETAILS 2024/25:
10 - Regular Season games included in your Fall winter 2024-25 season
+ Playoffs ( 1games guaranteed )
11 - 12 games on the season depending on performance.
PLAYOFFS FORMAT:
Single Elimination
SEASON DATES 2022/23 :
September 8th first regular season game
February 23rd Target date to complete season
HOCKEY DATES :
Only on Sundays
GAME TIMES :
Hockey will be played :
11:00 AM
12:00 PM
( Teams will get a random rotation of these time slots )
( Some teams will sit out each weekend )
GAME DETAILS :
All games are a 1 hour time slot.
5 min warm up
2X 22 min periods run time
Stop time last 2min of 2nd period within 2 goals
1:30 intermission
COST FOR THE SEASON :
$ 2650 Must be paid in full at either the captains meeting or prior.
( emails will be sent to teams once registered for specific payment instructions )
The Hockey House accepts- Cash, Debit, Visa, M/C ( we do not accept cheques or E-Transfers )
FORFEIT / FINE DEPOSIT :
$500.00 All Teams MUST pay a forfeit/fine deposit of $500 in cash to be able to participate.
This money is NOT part of your league fee's.
It is returned to you at the end of the season if you don't have any forfeits.
Any team who forfeits a game will also forfeit $250 to the team who lost their game.
REFUND POLICY FOR THE 2024-25 SEASON:
League fees collected by the hockey house are a non refundable payment.
Only In the event of a forced / mandatory closure of the facility.
The Hockey House will refund teams $150.00 X the number of regular season games missed in the season.
All payable refunds will be issued Approx. March 15th 2025 at what would be the completion date of the season.
NUMBER OF TEAMS IN THE LEAGUE :
At this time we have Max. room for 8 teams to participate in the Fall Winter Season.
First come first Served for registration spots.
Wait list will be formed after 8 teams.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS PER GAME :
Teams are able to dress a Maximum of 18 players and 1 goalie per game. ( no exceptions )
Co-Ed RULES,
Require 3 female players to be at each game ( does not include the goalie ).
There must be a min of 6 female players on a roster to register a team.
2 Female player must be on the rink at all times.

TEAM UNIFORMS
All teams will be expected to have a FULL set of matching jerseys for the start of the season.
- Jerseys must be the same colour ” no more light blue and dark blue as (blue)” ( no rainbow teams )
- All Jerseys must have a proper number on the back. ” no hockey tape numbers”
- Any teams in need of Jerseys for the year we are happy to help with purchase or rental of a set. “inquire within”
LEAGUE RESTRICTIONS 2024/25 :
All Co-Ed Ball Hockey League players must be 18 years of age or older in order to participate. Born in 2006 or earlier.
All Co-Ed teams must be unique rosters. Players are NOT allowed to be on more than one team in Co-Ed ball hockey.
I DO NOT HAVE A TEAM TO PLAY ON :
The Hockey House is always happy to help new players find a team to join. At this time we are asking all players who need a team to complete the free agent registration form. We will forward the free agent forms to team captains who are looking to complete their rosters.
