YOUTH ROLLER HOCKEY

The Hockey House is please to announce our Spring 2024 youth Roller Hockey season.
Join us for exciting league play and quality player development.
SEASON HIGHLIGHTS
- 1 Evaluation Session
- 10 Games, one game per week
- 1 Year end playoffs
- Online Schedule and Stats kept for all teams and players.
- Referee’s for all age groups
- 3rd party coaching and / or pre qualified parents on the benches.
At The Hockey House we believe in placing players based on ability, instead of age.
It creates a better game and environment for all the players involved.
DIVISIONS WILL BE STRUCTURED AS FOLLOWS.
- Youth Bronze = For approx. ages 4-9. Entry Level hockey and fun for all players. 15min of instruction is given at the start of every game.
- Youth Silver = For approx. ages 8-12. Bronze level hockey is for the player who is ready to take on roller hockey and has some experience under his/her belt. Action packed Friday's in the Silver division.
- Youth Gold = For approx. ages 11-16. Silver level hockey is for the stronger youth players at the hockey house. The game is fast paced and players understand the structure and fundamentals of roller hockey.
- Youth Platinum = For approx. ages 15 + . There will come a point where players are simply to advanced for our youth league. The HH Platinum program places those players into a Men's team. They are joined by an adult player coach / mentor and they participate in the men's division of hockey.
THE EVALUATION PROCESS WILL BE HELD AS FOLLOWS.
We will have 1 evaluation for the kids this season.
Bronze = Tuesday April 2nd 2023
Silver= Friday April 5th 2023
Gold= Wednesday April 3rd 2023
Thursday April 6th 2023 ( this night will only be used if needed )
Platinum = Players will added to this roster by the league.
From these evaluation sessions kids will be placed in a division accordingly. The Hockey House will have 3rd party representatives out, to base the skill set of all the players. Parent recommendations on player placement will not be welcome at this time.
COST OF PLAY Spring 2020.
Players of all ages = 200$ includes tax for the season
Goalies of all ages = 25$ includes tax for the season
Hockey House Roller Hockey Pants, will need to be worn as part of the uniform. For those who need them, a new pair is included in the cost above. Players who already have their Hockey House Roller Pants as long as they still fit and are in playable condition will wear those.
Substitute/ Alternative pants are not permitted for Game Play.
PRACTICES / CLINICS
Email's will be sent out with additional opportunities for those who want to participate.
WHEN DO I PLAY
All teams will be given one game per week on set days
The following days are going to reflect game days.
GAME TIMES :
- Mondays 4 & 5 & 6pm = Youth Bronze ( once per week at one of these random times )
- Wednesdays 4 & 5 & 6pm = Youth Gold ( once per week at one of these random times )
- Fridays 4 & 5 & 6pm = Youth Silver ( once per week at one of these random times )
- Youth Platinum = Random schedule in men's league.
DATES YOU NEED TO KNOW For Spring 2023.
- April 2nd + 3rd + 5th = Youth Evaluation nights
- April 7th = Teams will be built and posted online.
- April 8th / 10th / 12th = First League game, Jerseys handed out
- June 19th = Final Regular Season Games
- June 21-27 = Playoff Week Tournament
- June 27th Enjoy your summer we will see you in September.

this will take you to an online registration page. Completing this form will hold your child’s place for hockey.
HOW DO I PAY FOR HOCKEY ?
Payments will all be collected at the arena on the evaluation day.
Payments can be made by Cash, Debit, Visa, M/C ( no cheques )
We do not accept online payments or E-transfers.
REFUND POLICY FOR THE 2023 Spring SEASON :
League fees collected by the hockey house are a non refundable payment.
Only in the event of a forced / mandatory closure of the facility.
- The Hockey House will refund individuals $7.00, Multiplied by the number of regular season games missed in the season.
- Goalie Fee's are non refundable.
- Player pants are non refundable.
- Refunds if needed will be issued at the end of the calendar season. ( July/August 2023 )

Player waiver must be signed by a parent before any child can play, this is done through your registration online.
The Hockey House registration is on a first come first serve basis. Space is limited to 60 players and 6 goalies per group.
